first of all: THANKS for THE HUGE ENTITY.
second:
Ok, the exploding head syndrome might be funny to those, that haven´t had this kind of experience.
Unfortunatly I had it a few years ago after a serious burn-out crisis. But it is not like: "Oh my God, my head explodes", it´s more like a supersonic jet is flying at high speed through your head, a very short and extreme sound phenomenon.
Very important: If somebody has the same experience, don´t waste time and consult a psychiatrist, that is familiar with Kundalini.
I am not to deep into esoterics, but it helped me a lot to learn some techniques to handle it and to understand, what was going on.
Since then it never occured to me again.
third:
I don´t know if you already read some books/essays from Umberto Eco...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Umberto_Eco
(maybe You already mentioned him before?...)
but reading something of Eco allways reminds me of reading The Huge Entity...
Lot´s of fun and very mindtwisting...
Thank You!
Jack

As for the exploding head syndrome, I meant no offence to anyone who has suffered from this, no doubt debilitating, problem. I only offered up a selection of Exploding Head related information I have collected from around the internet. All neurological syndromes are fascinating to me, I hope posts like this increase people's awareness of them.
I will also get right on and swat up on my Umberto Eco. Cheers!
Thanks for reading...

The Exploding Head...where shall i start? How about here: i discovered that same picture of the "Exploding Head" many a'time ago. I'd say about 2 years ago. 'Twas on a forum, as an avatar. GIF of course, poetry in motion it was. Ever since then i've been searching for it's origins. To be honest, it looks a little like David Cross. Anyway, today [June 29th, 2006] i've searched it on google images and this site came up. Have you any idea where the picture was obtained?
Yours falsely, Anonymous Steve
