Sexually Active Popes

A little light reading for you today, straight from the mouth of the wonderful wikipedia.
Here are some of my favourite known and allegedly sexually active Popes from the past 2000 years... Rejoice!
Sexually active popes:
Pope Alexander VI (1492-1503) had a notably long affair with Vannozza dei Cattani before his papacy, by whom he had his famous illegitimate children Cesare and Lucrezia... Rumors of Alexander's sexual activity were even more wild....
From the Banquet of Chestnuts :
Pope John XII (955-963) (deposed by Conclave) was said to have turned the Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano into a brothel and was accused of adultery, fornication, and incest.
Pope Benedict IX (1032-1048) Accused by Bishop Benno of Placenta of "many vile adulteries and murders." Pope Victor III referred to "his rapes, murders and other unspeakable acts. His life as a Pope so vile, so foul, so execrable, that I shudder to think of it."
And let's not forget the very first sexually active Pope, Saint Peter, who was married...
For more Pope related fornication see the wikipedia entry on the Pornocracy or just lie back and dream your wicked little dreams.
Stay virile God's children, stay virile!

From the Banquet of Chestnuts :
"The banquet was thrown in the apartment of the apostolic palazzo with, it is said, upwards of fifty prostitutes or courtesans in attendance. After the food was eaten, candles were lit and placed on the floor and chestnuts strewn about, which the prostitutes, naked and crawling between the candelabras, were encouraged to pick up. According to the diarist Johann Burchard, the papal Master of Ceremonies, an orgy then ensued.Allegedly sexually active popes:
According to William Manchester, "Servants kept score of each man's orgasms, for the pope greatly admired virility and measured a man's machismo by his ejaculative capacity. After everyone was exhausted, His Holiness distributed prizes of cloaks, boots, caps, and fine silken tunics. The winners [according to Burchard] were those who made love with those courtesans the greatest number of times." "

Please, spare me the horrible visuals. I might get nightmares again.
He's the pontifical Peter North.
